Issue general or special powers of attorney before embassy officers.
Description
Powers of attorney issued by the embassy are recognised by the Palestinian courts, ministries, and land registries.
Procedure
- Book an appointment and bring two witnesses if required.
- Draft the POA or request a template from embassy staff.
- Sign before the notary officer and pay the fee.
- Receive the sealed POA.
Requirements
- Valid passport of grantor
- Details of the agent (name, ID)
- Subject matter of the POA
